كيف ونحن نعاني من وباء عالمي وما يزيد الطين بلة تركيز وسائل الإعلام في التحذير منه والتهويل من مخاطره؟
لذا قررنا انتاج هذه الحلقة للطبيب وعالم الأحياء الأمريكي د. بروس ليبتون والذي يتحدث عن موضوع الخوف وكيف يؤثر سلباً على حياتنا وأجسادنا، ثم طريقة التخلص منه بفضل ممارسة بعض العادات السليمة التي يفصح عنها في هذا الفيديو.
